i have been known (if the person is sitting close enough) to turn around and hang up people's phones, but i am usually okay with candy... like if it got too bad i would do something... o gosh and on stage its sometimes pretty bad... like on quite scened with no music, i can hear ever cough sneeze crunch and wrapper within that theatre... its very distracting but it could be worse, like im so glad their so strict about no flash photography... i dont think i could stand that

KMF is my hero!! take that candy away!! and for the record - I attended a mattinee of Little Shop back in April. Apparently it was a theme day "Bring Your Juvenile Deliquent/and/or crazy Uncle to the Theater" - I've never been in an audience that was more ignorant to their fellow patrons, not to mention the performers! I think beatings are totally in order when things like this happen. Usher: Sir would you follow me please? Gluttonous Audience Member: (chewing with mouth open) Huh? Usher: We're going to have to beat you now.

well speaking of cell phones, when I saw Hairspray over Thanksgiving, someones went off in the theatre. Even though the opening curtain says that cell phones were not aroung in the 1960s. howerver, durring the second Act the jail scene with just Matt and Kathy were about to kiss, a phone went off, it was durring Matts line and it threw him off. It was "Tracy, (phone rings....pause) I can hear the bells)" And I think the people that were sitting in front of me were kinda bothered by me cause they kept looking at me. I wasnt singing the music (like I was at Rent) but I was cheering for the cast durring blackouts and at the end.

I hate cellphone during sows. At theaterfest this past year two kids behind us kept talking during another schools performance. After about 10 minutes of this I turnedaround and POLITELY asked them to stop. when I turned back around my friends were like "I wouldn't have been so nice". The only reason I was, was because they were those scary mean goth looking people. They looked like they could bea me up.

You aren't feeling overwhelmed are you?
