Noticed at GG yesterday that Ms. Ebersole got entrance applause nearly every time she entered....Act I during the prologue when her voice came up, Act I when she first appeared, and Act II in the Little Edie costume. Likewise with Mary Louise Wilson.
Does this happen at every show? The audience reaction is very cute.....and it's too bad there's no applause break after "Another Winter in a Summer Town."

Posted: 10/15/06 at 8:13pmThey stood up for her after "revolutionary" at my performance. Also noticed scattered applause for John McMartin which was nice.

Posted: 10/15/06 at 8:58pmat my performance (sat evening) she got applause at her entrance in Act 1 and two and they went ape sh*t at her bow...I was cheering my guts out. McMartin did get plenty of entrance applause as well. I was abit suprised at Mary louise Wilson did not get entrance applause.
