Posted: 9/4/04 at 10:53pmI understand that Eden is leaving Wicked as of Sunday after playing for the last time, Nessa Rose. Although I didn't get a chance to see Eden in Wicked, I am one of the lucky ones who saw her perform in Denver during the Brooklyn run. As I said before, there are not enough adjectives to describe how terrific Eden is. Is anyone planning on seeing her Sunday?

Yet another post where someone is complaining about what they just viewed about Wicked? You just can't help yourself can you?
There is something called not clicking on a Wicked thread.
Anyways, who knows whether or not Brooklyn will be the best/worst show of the season. It can be the next Wicked, or the next Dance of the Vampires. I've only heard three songs. So, okay, I didn't care fully for those songs, but Eden has a beautiful voice and sang her heart out in those songs. My guess? It won't be HUGE HUGE HUGE, but it won't be a stinker. Just an average show with a decent run (two to three years, maybe?).

the all-purpose wicked thread is not a good idea. You can't force everything into one thread. I don't see "the all-purpose wicked haters" thread anywhere, and those posts are just as abundant.
Idina performed at Ars Nova a little while back...it was recorded (illegally, i think). it's very funny.

Okay the "All Purpose Wicked Thread" text showed up but...
...please, this the "purpose" of this board is for people to openly discuss any show and ask many questions. One show should not be restricted to one thread. If you are sick and tired of Wicked, don't click on a link.

Posted: 9/8/04 at 12:19amI really like Michelle too. Actually at one show I saw she left at intermission and Christy Cander (i think thats her name) took over. She was really good too, but very different. Her Nessa was much angrier! I bet Eden would be good too b/c she looks much more like Idina. More sisterly. Why did she get to be Nessa that day? Was Michelle out, or just b/c it was her last performance - in which case why not Elphie?!?
