Ednas On a Role!

Michael Ball signed yesterday until April 2009.

He has also stated that he would love to play Edna in New York for a limited 6 month run that has already been offered to him

(I feel another 'Hairspray' evening coming on!!!)

A young actress with Noel coward after a dreadful opening night performance said to him 'Well, i knew my lines backwards this morning!'' Noels fast reply was ''Yes dear, and thats exactly how you said them tonight'!'

It was thrown at him in an interview that he hasn't had a hit on Broadway as yet and would he like to bring his Edna to New York? His replay was that the producers had given him an open invitation.

Is this interview available somewhere to read/watch?!

Loving the idea of Michael back on this side of the pond...

Huzzah!

He'd spruce up the Broadway version with his 'Edna'.

Everything in life...is only for now.
