Posted: 9/9/05 at 1:03amI just saw a production of EDWARD II at the Stratford festival in ontario. It it a rivetting play, very explicit in handling of gay sex and relationships (even now let alone 1592!) and from what I have read fairly accurate too. I just hope the production you see is as well done. This, btw, was teh first time one of Marlowe's plays has been done at our Stratford Festival.
Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
