I think that I just passed away from excitement. Anyone else planning to go?

What's black and white is colorized. The knowledge you most dearly prized I'm eager to employ. You said that life has infinite joys."

For anyone who might be curious, the show last night was phenomenal- musical theatre at its very best. "Elegies" at Joe's Pub proved to be the most moving experience that I've ever in theatre... Betty Buckley's "Infinite Joy" rivaled Jennifer Holliday's "And I Am Telling You" as the greatest performance that I've ever seen on stage and recieved the largest ovation of the entire night... Michael Rupert even responded that he didn't know if he could follow it. By the end of the show, everyone in the house was crying (including Bill Finn and the actors).

THIS SHOW is what all legitimate theatre should aspire to be. I'm just grateful that I got the opportunity to experience it.
