Did anyone else go?
It was very cute, the theater exterior is decorated with Christmas trees and candy cane stripes. Everyone was given elf hats in red and green, they had Christmas music playing over speakers, everyone was singing along.
Sebastian Arcelus led the festivities, he will be adorable as Buddy the Elf. The first family that bought tickets was presented with a giant ticket and took pictures with Buddy.
Prizes included a walk on role for a kid (a boy named Jonah won), copies of the DVD, books, tickets to the show, ice skating passes to Bryant Park Pond, a few other things as well.
I saw the performance by Beth Leavel and Matthew Gumley at Broadway on Broadway (I think the song was called "I know there is a Santa Claus"). The show looks very cute, looking forward to seeing it this winter.
It sounds like it was a nice event. How many people were there? And did you have to buy tickets to be eligible to win a prize?

I don't know how many people, somewhere from 100-150 I'd guess? And no, you didn't need to buy anything in order to win prizes.
Awwwwww, that's just so cute!
Thanks for the report!
