Yeah, but that would imply that there could be an opposite of "only sometimes." You may want to at times, but you can't really erase biology.

Linda Balgord's performance should earn her a Tony nomination. Perhaps you should see beyond what you perceive Queen Elizabeth I to be, to realize what an amazing performance she gives.
The thing is that I don't really have anything negative to say about any of the performers. Just because I don't agree with or like the characterizations in the show, has no bearing on my opinions on the actors. As point of fact, I think that they've all put in mostly strong performances, doing their best with the material as it is.

Posted: 3/19/07 at 9:15pmRight, exactly, I would say the same thing. I didn't have a problem with her performance; I thought she performed her material quite well. I thought the characterization was the problem rather than the performance. It's really important to differentiate the two.
