Linda Balgord's performance should earn her a Tony nomination. Perhaps you should see beyond what you perceive Queen Elizabeth I to be, to realize what an amazing performance she gives.

The thing is that I don't really have anything negative to say about any of the performers. Just because I don't agree with or like the characterizations in the show, has no bearing on my opinions on the actors. As point of fact, I think that they've all put in mostly strong performances, doing their best with the material as it is.

Right, exactly, I would say the same thing. I didn't have a problem with her performance; I thought she performed her material quite well. I thought the characterization was the problem rather than the performance. It's really important to differentiate the two.
