Who are the best and most invigorating new composers/lyricists that are emerging in American musical theatre today?

I'm rather fond of Marcy Heisler and Zina Goldrich's music....so I'll pass on a plug for them. Here's some info on an upcoming off-Broadway run of JUNIE B JONES. If anyone has a chance to see JUNIE B JONES, I'd love to hear about it.

OPENING OFF BROADWAY: JUNIE B JONES

Warren Loy, he was on Queer Eye, I liked the song that they put on the show. Hunter Foster helped.

That was a really good episode of Queer Eye. Has anything happened with that show? From the 5 min they showed on TV it looked good.

Scott Alan is by far my favorite. I loved the song Mandy G sang by him at her performance at the Pink Room. What is the name of the song ? I like him cause if any of you have ever met him, he is so gracious.

Hal Goldberg has written the music for the upcoming musical "Nerds" (appearing at Vassar's "Powerhouse Plays Festival" this week), and in the past has written many other scores. His music is really good.
