Encores Dress Rehearsal?

What are the Encores dress rehearsals like? Is it as polished as the actual show? Is there much of a difference at the dress rehearsal from the actual show?

I'm debating of either going to the dress rehearsal for Anyone Can Whistle on Wed, or just see the show an extra time? Is it anything special that you won't see during the actual show?
