Entertainment Expo worth it?
Entertainment Expo worth it?#1

I live a few hours outside of NYC, but read that there is an open audition at the Entertainment Expo next week. Does anyone know if this is worth a 5 hour drive to audition? Or is it just a scam to get people to go to the Expo?
If it's worth it, what time should I get there?
Thanks!

That depends on who you ask. Some will say any chance to be seen by professional casting agents is never a waste of time, others will say don't bother.

For god's sake, GO. If it is a bust you can at least enjoy the city; shop, eat, catch a show...
Make up your own mind and next year you will be able to answer this question for people who will be in your situation.
And REPORT BACK!

Posted: 1/20/08 at 1:35pmThanks Sueleen, but I'd rather not come to the city if it's not worth it. It's $$$! I know someone else out there must have gone before!
