Equity Auditions?

I'm curious about audition listings. If it says that the call is looking for Equity performers, does it mean it's strictly for those with a membership or can anyone attend?

Yes, I'm sure that's a silly question but I'm just looking for some clarification. Thanks

most equity auditions will see non-equity actors after all equity has been seen - it depends if you want to go there and risk it or maybe theres someone you can contact? hope i helped lol

You definetely did. Now I just have to decide if I'm gutsy/ delusional/ crazy enough to attempt this. Nothing to lose, I guess. Thanks a bunch!
