April 21, 2006 (NEW YORK) – Tony nominee Euan Morton (Taboo) and
Amanda Watkins (Sweet Charity, Urinetown) will be among the featured
performers in "Stuck In The Zipper", a one-night-only concert to
benefit the Matthew Shepard Foundation and the Southern Poverty Law
Center.


Morton and Watkins will join Whitney Bashor, Tony nominee Robert
Cuccioli (Jekyll and Hyde, currently starring in Jacques Brel Is
Alive...), Harris Doran (Actor's Fund benefit of Hair), Andrew
Keenan-Bolger (Beauty and the Beast, Seussical), Tyler Maynard (Altar
Boyz), Kacie Sheik (Las Vegas's We Will Rock You), and Kate Wetherhead
(Spelling Bee, Sarah Plain and Tall), to showcase material by
composers Joe Drymala and Eric Svejcar (currently the Musical Director
of the acclaimed revival of Jacques Brel Is Alive..., also playing at
the Zipper Theater). Ryan J. Davis directs.


The performers will premiere songs from new summer musicals White
Noise (Drymala) and Prince Hal of Soho (Svejcar), as well as material
from Svejcar's 2004 NYMF Audience Award Winner Caligula and Drymala's
upcoming The Golden City.


Tickets are $25 each and the seating is general admission. Tickets may

performance only.
