After 6 days, 9 shows, and over 340 photos... I'm ready to share with the world (and those of you who have been PMing me) my exciting first-time visit to New York City.
I think I'm going to make a total of 8 posts, so be patient and let them come... It'll keep the suspense! But please, come along for the ride. It was quite an experience.
For my own sake, I'm going to do this very carefully and meticulously. Very structured. That's why my first 2 entries are going to be more informational instead of human-experience.
Please, feel free to share your comments either in this thread or in my journal (anyone can post anonymously but please leave your name)

Those pics are great!! I did the close to the same thing when I went to NYC in January. I took pictures of all the marquees from 54th street to 41st street in one hour. I will have to try to post them as well when I get the chance. I will do the same thing in June as well. Great Job!!!
I love marquee pictures! Thanks!
Wonderful photos, Eug! You never realize just how many theatres there are in midtown until you see them all compiled together like that. I might have to try that sometime.
Looking forward to your next post!

I did the same thing when I went to NYC in early January. I figured that since I was going to walk by all the theaters, I might as well take pictures! Yours came out great!
I LOVE LOVE LOVE the picture of the Hirschfeld! I can see that being published, the marquee is so bright and you can see the theatre goers underneath. Amazing shot!
