Everyone's Fine With Virginia Woolf

this upcoming premier from Elevator Repair Service just came to my attention and I was wondering if you all had any thoughts on it.  Have other adaptations of the play been successful?  Are you looking forward to/planning to see this one?

In this parody of Edward Albee’s classic WHO’S AFRAID OF VIRGINIA WOOLF?, KATE SCELSA reinvents the power dynamics of the original play’s not-so-happy couple. In the end, no one will be left unscathed by the ferocity of Martha’s revenge on an unsuspecting patriarchy. 

June 1st-24th at Abrons Arts Center

I find their humor rather trying. Last season’s Measure For Measure was interminable.
