Can anyone explain to me what the relation of Che to Eva is in Evita. I just watched the movie for the 1st time in 4 years, and I don't get it anymore.

Che is simply a narrator. In real life the two never met.

He's a little more than simply a narrator, though.

Well, of course he is "more then simply a narrator". What I meant by that was that he has no familial relationship to Eva.
