Anyone who is planning on seeing WAR HORSE probably should hold off on watching this, but for everybody else, this is a fantastic video showing the evolution of the puppetry. The experience on stage is incredibly magical. I would go to this show once a week if I could.

I saw the show last week, and those puppets are almost unspeakably magnificent.

They are! Truly breathtaking.

I'm really gunning for the nominating committee to do a special Tony for the puppetry work on this. I don't really believe choreography is the correct catagory (as the show was awarded by the Oliviers in the UK) but that artistry absolutely deserves some kind of recognition.

Neither do I, though of course I'd rather see it wedged in there than not acknowledged. And agreed. As soon as the little Joey foal came out, I was in tears, he was just so beautiful. And then adult Joey, forget it.
