So the amazing news is that I won tickets to Hamilton in the lottery ..... the bad news is that i just tested positive for Covid. I'm pretty sick and do not want to expose all the people around me in the theater to the virus. Does anyone know if they will allow me to have a friend use them in this unique circumstance? (I know it's a long shot.) If so, how do I go about this. Thanks!

It wouldn't hurt to call the box office and ask, worst case they say no and you're in the same place where you started,

I had a situation with a lottery win. They are extremely strict with their wins and policies. The best they were able to offer was a refund, which is basically unheard of. Since you have COVID they might offer a refund, but I truly doubt they will be able to allow someone else to use it.

There's a digital lottery, and you do have to go to the box office to claim those. But you can only go right before the show starts. You get the ticket then either wait until they begin seating or you pick it up and then go into the theater-again they're very strict. But obviously since the OP is sick they won't be present so they're asking about other options.
