I was invited to the opening but couldn't make it and am so annoyed I missed Darren Criss. That aside, has anyone seen it? Campy fun or campy meh?

I saw this a few days before opening and thought it was painfully bad. The theater was half-full at the start of the first act and a quarter full after intermission if that tells you anything.
The lead has great vocals, but that's about the only good thing I can say. I'd steer clear.
