ALSO DOES ANYONE KNOW PLANS FOR THE DUELING DIVAS ..SUTTON AND IDINA WOULDNT IT BE AWESOME IF THEY WERE SOMEHOW IN A SHOW TOGTHER IT WOULDNT EVER HAPPEN BUT ONE CAN DREAM RIGHT???? OK SOO WRITE BACK BYE

Sutton turned 30 on March 18, but she does look like she is only 17.

Posted: 6/11/05 at 11:33pmWhat? They are hardly dueling divas. They are completely different. I can't see them playing any of the same roles. Idina's more of the "diva" with the scream/belt she does. Sutton is the classic triple threat musical theatre performer. I love them both, they're just so different.

Posted: 6/12/05 at 12:44pmI'd love to see Sutton do caberet. I saw her last year in the American Songfest and she was terrific. At the time she was reportedly planning a CD with Michael Rafter producing, but I haven't heard anything since. Hopefully, both will materialize soon (I CAN DREAM TOO!).

Idina might go on to do other things. She committed LOADS of time to Wicked and it basically got her to where she is now. She'll probably go on to do more film things, more family things, or more CD recording things (don't know if she has a label or not).
Sutton...if it's true that she's taking a break, it makes sense. She could have more time to spend with her boyfriend, but I doubt either of them will have a difficult time finding work.
