FIDDLER Revised?

I have heard that the upcoming production is a revised version of FIDDLER. It's set in an urban ghetto and retitled PEDDLA ON DA RUF.

Some of the numbers:
"Drug Peddla
Drug Peddla
I need some drugs
I only ten
I home all day
Drug Peddla
Drug Peddla
I need some drugs
but I have no way to pay..."

Do you think we'll see other "updated" musical classics?

It'll be a toga version of the flight suit with the socks stuffed in the crotch like he wore when he decided to play soldier and spend millions of dollars prretending to land a jet on an aircraft carrier.

Although I loath his politics, I must admit that I find George W. Bush attractive. I feel the same way about Eminem and John Rocker. What's wrong with me?

It's because Bush has ears like handle bars that could be very useful and because being a 'top' to thebottom of Eminem and John Rocker would be a power trip.

Please tell me that "Peddla" is not real...
Surely Bock and Harnick would not allow this to happen. I mean, look at the rap stuff on the"Chicago" soundtrack. Kander and Ebb wouldn't let them put it in the movie because it was "an insult." If "peddla" isn't...I don't know what is.
