Fame Becomes Me tour cancelled?

I just posted this in the Detroit season thread, but figured most people won't look there. Sorry if this is old news, but recently e-mailed Broadway in Detroit about why they took "Martin Short in Fame Becomes Me" off their season and here's what they said:

"The National tour of Martin Short Fame Becomes Me has been cancelled. It has been replaced with Andrew Lloyd Weber's Whistle Down The Wind."

Again sorry if this is old news, but I was kind of shocked!

Maybe Short tired of it & did not want to tour or maybe advance sales were not as expected

Oh well. Glad we saw it when it was here in NYC

Cheyenne Jackson tickled me. AFTER ordering SoMMS a drink but NOT tickling him, and hanging out with Girly in his dressing room (where he DIDN'T tickle her) but BEFORE we got married. To others. And then he tweeted Boobs. He also tweeted he's good friends with some chick on "The Voice" who just happens to be good friends with Tink's ex. And I'm still married. Oh, and this just in: "Pettiness, spite, malice ....Such ugly emotions... So sad." - After Eight, talking about MEEEEEEEE!!! I'm so honored! :-)
