Fan mail - international

Hi, I live outside the US and England but still would love to send my favorite broadway stars fan mail, and possibly ask them for a signed picture - is this possible?
where should I send the mail to?
How do I send the mail and is there anything extra I need to do because I don't live in the US or England?

In the past I've sent to Krystal Joy Brown and Emily Skinner. I included an envelope with my address on it,and also a few dollars I had left over from a previous trip to the States to pay for a stamp. I got a reply from both!
