I searched and couldn't find anything... (Yes, I looked at Talkin Broadway...this is about actual USE of it.)

Has anyone done it? What would the odds be of getting a rush ticket around 4pm on a Friday? And do they really check both IDs ~ because really, what ID from a school actually SAYS full-time? I'm considered a full-time graduate student, but the ID doesn't specify grad or undergrad/ full- or part-time.

They're not half as anal as the info suggests. They'll give it to you no matter what.

They check your Student ID, and that's it. $26.50.

The only annoying part is that the seats are in the last row of the Rear Mezzanine, when clearly there are seats available down in the Orchestra.

I just opted for a TKTS ticket instead of having to bother moving down and finding a good seat.

I bought a rush ticket last Saturday's evening show. $26.5 per ticket and it was pretty easy to get. The seat was in the last row in the mezzanine.

However, 5 minutes before the curtain an usher came up and gave me a center orchestra ticket(great seat). He said they were trying to fill the orchestra that night so they moved lots of people in the rear mezzanine downstairs.

I was there on Saturday evening too, burnsy.

There were some critics in the audience, so I think they wanted it as full as possible down there.

Ok, that's cool. I don't mind the last row in the Music Box so much. :)
