Merman in the Lincoln Center revival, because it's Ethel and the most complete of her recordings of the score.
I have to add, however, that I am fond of the Doris Day - Robert Goulet studio cast recording.
Doris sings the hell out of those ballads, and Goulet is really smooth, mellow and of gorgeous voice.

I'm going to go against the flow here, I like the Ethel Merman/Stanley Black studio cast recording. The orchestra sounds sensational, particularly good on I'm An Indian Too.

Another vote for the Lincoln Center recording, but I also like the Doris Day/Robert Goulet studio album.
