I was fortunate enough today to attend the Festival of New American Musicals press conference in downtown Los Angeles, which included performances by Broadway composers Stephen Schwartz (Wicked) and Jason Robert Brown (13), not to mention actor Jason Alexander (yes, he actually writes music).
