Finding Neverland Baltimore Lottery?

i entered for 35$ tickets to see Finding Neverland at the Hippodrome and haven't heard anything yet not even a rejection email! I've emailed Jujamcyn as well and they haven't responded, I really wanted to see this show? Does anyone know if there is a malfunction or just super late? The emails were meant to be sent at 2:00 pm.
