I love them! I just was able to order some cds I have wanted ~~ and they are so nice. I will order again. Any one else like them?

I ordered a cd on a Friday and got it on a Tuesday, and I live in Washington State. They ship first class, which is great. They are very nice there, online and in person.

Footlight has an UNBELIEVEABLE collection. Anytime I want something that I can't find at a chain store, I go to them. Besides the above-mentioned, they also have much better prices than other specialty stores.

I used them in 1994 to locate the "Best Little Whorehouse in Texas Goes Public" CD and not only did they have it, the guy on the phone had seen the show and was able to tell me about it!
(he didn't think it was as bad as the critics had made it out to be, but agreed that having prostitutes in lucite boxes with their legs spread while overweight men danced in front of them with their pants at their ankles might have been going a bit far!)

I live in CA and order from them all the time. No trip to NYC is complete without a visit to the store! LOVE Footlight!

I am there a lot as it is down the block (or up it - depending what direction you are coming from) from Strands books where you can sometimes gets copies of current books by looking in the reviewers sections or downstairs for 1/2 off

I love Strands, I got my book about the show Legends (Martin/Channing show that closed on the road) there.
