Unfortunately for me I had to work and couldn't go to this performance. A friend of mine went and said the theater was packed, and the show was very very entertaining and well done. She said there was buzz about making it a more permanent production. Anyone else see it?
This post puts me in mind of a Simpson's gag: Homer & Ned go to Vegas and pass a billboard for a hotel advertising "Now appearing! Nights in White Satin- A Tribute to the Moody Blues with opening act--the Moody Blues!"
Or perhaps the time Bart opened a casino and was horrified- "The Liza Minnelli impersonator turned out to be (Shudder) LIZA MINNELLI!"
