Saw this during the original run at the Pasadena Playhouse in 2008. Valerie was great and the play was well done. Hope the tour has more success than the play had on Broadway. Unfortunately at this point, not that many even remember Tallulah Bankhead let alone are interested in shelling out $100 to learn more about her.

Glad it did make it to Broadway. It wasn't nearly full when I saw it. Valerie was better than the play as a whole, but it should please audiences on tour. (She was a doll at the stage door. Very gracious when people brought up Rhoda.)
