Twins separated at birth?

I was channel surfing and thought I saw Lauren Molina on an episode of Red Hot & Green on HGTV, turned out it wasn't Lauren, but Nicole Facciuto....

P.S. I tried unsuccesfully to link and/or insert an image into "Optional Image." Please help.
