"...But Kungurtseva reels off multiple fouettes and the tape is stopped so she can take a bow. The Jester, an abomination introduced to Swan Lake in Soviet times, extorts applause from the audience. The cuts don't help the storytelling, the production is bare bones and they go for the '50s-style happy ending. The audience cheers like mad at the end. It's the Russian ballet, after all..."

I know just how good the search feature is thank you very much, but I ran into a heap of friends today who still had no idea about this awesome news and I just wanted people to know because the news kind of faded into the background a little bit.

And I know that lots of people on here love Julia.

Thanks for the other links though

So why not use the search feature and bump the thread for the people who may have missed it?

By the way, she's going on tour...your thread doesn't clarify which production.

Anyone would think I'd commited a mortal sin by posting this.

Anything else I've done wrong that anyone would like to point out or criticise?

I'm just pointing out that people who don't bother to read the thread can simply be mistaken that she's going into the Broadway production.

How old is Julia? She looks like she is in her 40s on the picture on Scott Allan's website.

Just smile at all this. You wanted to post some info. It's your right. Nobody's perfect. re: For anyone who still doesn't know, Julia Murney to be Wicked's latest E I'm actually surprised a bigger deal wasn't made of this.

I'm wondering why people spend the time saying use the search feature. WHO CARES?! It takes waaaay more time and energy to point out that there are double posts than it does to ignore it. Geez...this board is taken waaay to seriously sometimes.
