DONT call ticketmaster!!!! They told my mom and I they will not make good on our seats and we have no choice but to take a refund or nothing...but they will not exchange our tickets.. WTF? Im just going to go to the BO tomorrow and suggest others do the same rather than talk to a bunch of idiots who try to pitch you on other crap while you simply ask for customer service.

Well, they are offering this...(not that it's much of a consolation...)

"An additional performance will be added for Tuesday evening, October 14, to accommodate ticket holders for the cancelled Tuesday evening show."

yeah but when we TOLD them about the added performance, they simply said no exchanges..we'd have to get refunds and then rebuy our seats..and on 2 tickets we cant get refunds because those were a bday present from someone else for me while the other 2 tickets we have were for my dads bday from me.
