i'm sure it's out there somewhere. I was just thinking about this earlier today, actually. But unfortunately I don't have an answer for you.

Yea... just get the regular song and switch the lyrics. I dunno if thats legal though. You might have to get permission or something.

My friend did the Les Miz/I Dreamed a Dream parody, and just used Les Miz's sheet music. Most Forbidden Broadway songs recycle the music from the show they are sending up, or at least from a pre-existing song. Really, only the title number is new.
