The only frame I can find is from Dress Circle and it's WAY out of reasonable-price-range. Anyone have any resources or tips on how to do it for a reasonable price?

What do you consider reasonable? If you want to keep these for a lifetime, you will want it matted with acid-free mattboard and behind UV protection glass and a sturdy frame. You do not want a cheap dorm room poster frame or do you? Frame one poster a month or so until you have your collection all framed.

Check the phone book for custom framing. Many larger craft stores do custom framing.

Many craft stores also sell framing sets with 2 pieces in one dimension and 2 pieces in the other. So rather than trying to find a 17x22 frame (that's what folio-sized is, right?), you buy a set of 17 inch sides and a set of 22 inch sides. Then you buy a piece of glass at the same dimensions. Some craft stores will even put the whole thing together for you. I have framed many posters this way for about 10-15 bucks apiece.
