Frank & Friends at Birdland

Has anyone been there? If so, what is it like? Thinking of attending Monday's concert to see James Barbour, Karen Mason, and Janet Dacal. Thanks!

Yes - They are the typical "Frank & Friends," but this one has a particular small band (3 pieces or so, including Frank at the piano). They sing maybe 20 songs in an hour and half, with Frank (or the cast) telling stories. Kind of a jazz-y feel. Definitely worth it.

I would imagine with this cast having iconic songs from Frank you will definitely here "Loving You Keeps Me Alive," "Off With Their Heads," and "Finding Wonderland" or "Once More I Can See."

There is an amazing live cast recording of "Frank & Friends" in Vienna starring Linda Eder, Thomas Borchert and Pia Douwes (in English) with Frank. Worth a listen!
