ERETZ THEATER READING SERIES
Funny and daring, bizarre and eccentric, uproarious and absurd...Ya'akobi & Leidental. This pseudo-tragic semi-comic sort-of-farce breaks new grounds with the examination of language, life, death, pillows, milk bottles, ribbons, and "Big Tochases". Levin's Ya'akobi & Leidental is sure to raise a few eyebrows, not to mention a few other things, as it examines the grotesque love triangle between two men and one woman as they struggle to add meaning and excitement to their dull lives. The Eretz Reading Series is made possible by the Consulate General of Israel in NY to perform staged readings of Israeli plays adapted and performed by American and Israeli directors and actors.
