Front row at Bernard B. Jacobs?

Coincidentally, I took that above pic from my box seat when I saw the show last month. As you can see, the stage is not too high, so seats in the front row on the sides should be fine for you. I'm short, too, so I always worry about people's heads being in the way. Have you considered seats in the front row of the mezzanine as an option, though? The Jacobs is an intimate theatre, and I think you'll have a better view of the whole stage, while still being close to the action. I know that your little sister wants to be close to Corey Cott, but, in many cases, I think the front row is just too close, even when the stage is not that high, especially for a show like this, with a lot of dancing across the entire stage.

I sat front row mezz and it was a great view, the theater is rather small- so still feels close to actors

I agree with everyone else about the view being better from a few rows further back. That being said, if your sister's really excited to see Corey Cott more than anything else, there's nothing like sitting super close to the stage and seeing your "rockstar" just feet in front of you. If you can get the front row tickets, that would probably be the most awesome experience for her.

I have to agree with this. My personal preference would probably be the front row of the mezzanine, but, if I were a 12-year-old girl, I'd want to be in the front row of the orchestra. She'll remember that experience for the rest of her life.

It doesn't look too high at all the way it's done, as well as great legroom!



I did see Color Purple there from front row center and it was a perfect view, the stage for Bandstand looks to be about similar height as it was for Color Purple at that theatre.
