I think Disney will do exchanges for future dates for like $12 or something, but not refunds.

You can also try selling them, but... well, word is out that people aren't making their money back for most tickets on the secondary market, unless that has changed any...

I successfully exchanged a pair of tickets for May to another date in July, though the process was convoluted. When you contact Ticketmaster, they will refer you directly to Disney Theatrical, who handles the exchanges. The tickets you select must be of equal or greater value and they charge a $15 fee per ticket. I was referred back and forth between Ticketmaster and Disney on who exactly would handle the administrative work to process the exchange, until I finally managed to speak with someone at Disney that got the situation straightened out for me. All in all, despite the confusion, both companies were courteous and resolved my situation exactly as I had hoped. Good luck!

If you're able to go in the future, they have an "unused ticket" policy. They'll offer future dates first-come, first-served via email. The email is FrozenPastDating@jujamcyn.com
