I remember there being threads a few months ago about funniest lyric, saddest lyric, most impiring lyric. This question is asking what is the funniest joke from a show, both past and present. They could be one liners like, "The artichoke is STEAMED!" or an extended joke, like in spelling bee spelling ouit the word "what."
