Ha! You think a half-season DVD is pushing it? In the UK, at least, Doctor Who sells its seasons in little 3-episode chunks as they air, sells the Christmas specials separately, makes little separate sets based on a theme like a common villain...they have collectors who'll pretty much buy anything. They do have (insanely expensive) complete-season sets that come out between seasons as well, but I've never seen a show saturate its own DVD market quite that much before.
But to get back on topic, I love that they have Kurt doing his little bang thing in his picture. Hee.

if they have a volume 2 then it's going to be 9 episodes... that's an average season of a show and plus they were ordered for 9 more...
anyway... i hate this idea... i hate that Family Guy does it too! i get the money thing but it just seems so pointless to have 13 episodes on one and then 9 on the other... i am REALLY hoping that they just release a complete season one DVD... i'll wait and if they don't... i guess i'll just buy the volumes separately... here's hoping they don't do the same thing with Season 2 (should it not be canceled during that season)
