GLEE'S Superbowl Mash

So much hype for a couple of "ok" production numbers. The mash up of Thriller and Heads will Roll was clever, but the choreography was shot so quickly it reminded me of Rob Marshall's Chicago movie, quick cuts and edits. If you had a wide shot on that football field for the entire number methinks it would look very uninspired. California Gurls was a stunt induced cheer routine, and Bills,Bills,Bills was nowhere near Darren Criss's breakout performance of Teenage Dream last season. And what's with the slushies ? Hasn't that gag gotten a bit old by now ? I actually liked the Busby Berkeley inspired Chevrolet commercial the best. I wonder how the show will fare this season.
