Posted: 9/3/05 at 2:23amHas anyone heard of this? I'm intrested in the song "I Stand Alone." All I know is that its a musical with music & lyrics by Maury Yeston. Is there any recording of this show? Or is it even a show? thanks.

You might have to search around a bit to find it, though (troll Ebay, or Footlight, etc). It seemed rather obscure, even though it is Yeston.

Yeah, that's what I was thinking because he's done some pretty major stuff. It didnt show up on Amazon which is usually my
go-to for musicals. Thank you though. I was just trying to figure out what the show is about and what not.

Here's a link to it on Amazon...

"I Stand Alone" is track 9 on the CD...It was just a concept recording with Placido Domingo and Gloria Estefan (as well as others).
