GUYS & DOLLS

Saw it last night. Excellent production. Shane Jacobson is a very talented performer -- I didn't know he could sing and dance. All the cast was excellent but I thought Marina and Lisa were standouts. I believe it closes this weekend -- anyone else seen it?

I've seen it a number of times and loved it. Must say even though Magda got bashed for stunt casting, when you see Adam in the same role, you actually realise she suits the role more.

I'm going to closing night tomorrow, so hoping the whole cast will be on.

You're going to have to enlighten me -- who's the "Adam" playing "Big Julie"? I didn't know that Magda got bashed for stunt casting. My mum had no idea it was Magda until we told her at half time!

Enjoy the closing night. Next show for me is CHICAGO on June 10.

Adam Murphy who usually plays Harry the Horse played Big Julie. So it was weird seeing someone the same height as all the others playing BJ after Magda.

Closing night was brilliant. All the performers were in top form tonight. Hoping the rumours that it might go Brisbane are true, for those in the north who couldn't get down to Sydney or Melbourne to see it.

I'm seeing Chicago hopefully end of June/July.
