Gary Beach question

I think Gary Beach will be filming The Producers in either January or February. I assume he'll be out of La Cage for that period of filming. Does anyone know if he'll be returning to La Cage afterward and if so, when? (Selfish question because I have tickets for Dec. 27 and also for May and I really want to see him both times).

most likely, hell film during the day and be in la cage at nite.

The movie is filming in NY, so he will probably not miss any days in La Cage, since they should be able to accommodate the shooting schedule for him to do the show at night. I could see him missing a matinee if the schedule requires, but that would be about it.

If you read my interview with Patrick Wilson, you'll realize that he was playing Curley in OKLAHOMA! while filming ANGELS IN AMERICA in Astoria, Queens (presumably the same studios that THE PRODUCERS will be using). He managed to get through the double task, but he did wind up missing a few OKLAHOMA! performances because of the filming schedule.

Thank you! I was too lazy to search for the name yesterday. Being a Navy Brat, I knew it was a former Navy Shipyard, but that was all I could recall!
