Gavin Creel spent the last year and half starring as Bert in The West End production of Mary Poppins. He also appeared in the world premiere of Stephen Sondheim and John Weidman's Bounce (dir. Hal Prince), Bat Boy (Off-Broadway), Hair (City Center Encores!), Honk! Gavin has been a part of numerous recordings, including his debut pop album, GOODTIMENATION, which he also co-wrote with collaborator Robbie Roth. He is currently writing material for his second album, as well as developing his first musical.

He will be appearing with Shayna Steele. Shayna Steele has been on the Broadway (Rent, Jesus Christ Superstar, Hairspray) and NYC music scenes for the past 12 years. The demand for her voice has led to recordings on Moby's Hotel and his latest album Last Night on the song "Disco Lies," which was featured in the film "Cloverfield." Shayna also collaborated with Moby on the theme song for the blockbuster hit "The Bourne Ultimatum." She performed on the Grammy award nominated album Great Joy with The Broadway Inspirational Voices and the movie soundtracks of "Legally Blonde 2" and "Bambi 2."

Go crawl back into your little hole. No need to ruin another thread with your petty, rude comments.

But boy, do I wish I could go to this. I love both of 'em.

I'll be there. Very excited for it. I confess when I decided to go I had no idea who Gavin Creel was. I just love Shayna. Have since done some research and am excited to see him perform.

Kayla426...do you have a picture of the other side of that promo card? Or did you get it off his website? I love how on one said it says "Shayna Steele, also featuring Gavin Creel" and it says the opposite on the reverse side. Great way to share the spotlight.
"I wrote a book: "How to Be Popular". Now I've put together a top ten list of how to help you: -Elphie, everyday... shower. I mean, who knows? Maybe some of that green is gonna come off! -Deodorant Elphie. No body likes a stinky witch! -I think we've covered the hair, we'll get to that. -Clean underclothes. That's all I'm gonna say. -Look at your posture. That's no way to be popular! -Bed made, room straightened. We've done that. -Colors blended. Oookay. -But the most important thing to have, to make yourself popular, is to keep your beautiful smile." ~Kristin Chenoweth in her last performance of the song "Popular"
