General Managers in Chicago

Heyya...not sure if anyone on here can help, but we're interested in taking a project from New York to Chicago, into one of the larger theaters, but I really have no idea how a New York budget translates into a Chicago budget. If a set costs $90k in New York, would it cost $90k in Chicago? I imagine things are somewhat less expensive in Chicago than New York, (because God knows they can't be any MORE expensive) but in terms of labor, advertising costs, marketing, unions, materials, costumes, props, etc. we're really just guessing. Does anyone know of a good general manager or producer who's used to working some of the windy city's larger theaters who'd be interested in a project heading that way? Thanks!
