Yes, Hearn is too old. But so are McNair and Gilfry, who will be, respectively, 53 and 50 by the time the production happens. They were also too old for their roles in The Most Happy Fella, but they delivered engaging, beautifully sung performances, and I look forward to that in Camelot as well.

(But oh God, I am not looking forward to sitting through the book again. Ugh.)

And bwaylvsong, I'd *love* to hear Stokes sing Arthur. Even though he's too old for it too.
