Hey all!
I am not sure the best way to do this but I have had a family emergency and it is likely that tomorrow I will know whether I will be able to make my trip to NYC.
I have two tickets to Comet on Thursday night and two for Sunset on Friday that I will probably need to get rid of. They are both orchestra Center. Comet is essential front row which is B and Sunset is I think row N. My Comet tickets are digital and Sunset is actual tickets.

If there is another way that might be better please let me know.

If you know you can attend Comet at a later date, just call Telecharge and exchange them. They are usually good about that.
Ticketmaster can be good, as well, but slightly harder. Just be sure to call the arts line (found on any show site) and not the line for concerts and sporting events, who will just tell you no refunds or exchanges.

What is the phone number for the arts line? I couldn't locate it anywhere and I am in the same predicament with Ticketmaster and show tickets I bought.

As I said, it is on any show site, so on the Sunset site, you would find: 877-250-2929

I tried to get an exchange on my Sunset ticket. Wasn't able to as I had the ticket sent to me. However they are letting me past date it for a Tues Wed or Thurs evening performance if seats available. Which luckily I'm back next month and hopefully will be able to do.
