does anyone know where i can get a recording of this song from Little Night Music? i heard it sung on Wall to Wall and am now obsessed with the song... did they make a recording of the movie? any help please!

The brilliant 1996 London cast album-which has, unfortunately, been out of print forever-has a great version that blends the two versions. It's magnificent.

The movie cast album of ALNM is (I believe) the only Sondheim cast album not on Cd.

Cast albums are NOT "soundtracks."
Live theatre does not use a "soundtrack." If it did, it wouldn't be live theatre!
